There they sell: living and frozen snails, smoked beef skin, smoked fish, cocoa (fruits) and pineapples, roasted vegetable roots, pork legs, chicken legs, khat (flowering plant), small hot peppers, cola fruits and nuts, plantain, palm oil, mini eggplants, raw coffee beans, palm wine, Fufu (traditional dish), shrimps, fresh baboon worms and many more.
Oranges are sold without skin because they consume them by squeezing the juice into the mouth. They do not eat a whole orange, as we do.
Vegetable yam for them is like potatoes for us. And they prepare it in a similar way - boiled, fried, or mashed. Also they make flour out of yams and bake pancakes. This is the main food in Nigeria.
